What's the difference from where I buy RAM

That's not the same RAM. The less expensive one is missing some specs, from a mystery manufacturer, and is ECC, which means it won't work unless you're using a server motherboard. The only similar spec provided is that they're both DDR3 RAM at 1333.

And now, after following your old links, you're going back and changing around what you're pointing towards. I'm not interested in playing a game of musical chairs, so I wish you luck on your purchase!
