Whats the difference with KFA2 and Galax graphics cards

As the title says im wondering what the difference is between KFA2's products and Galax's they seem pretty much the same but just wondering if there is any differences noticeable.

They sell their stock in Europe as KFA²
And as Galax in the rest of the world
