What's the difference

Ahhh, thank you very much. While I am somewhat experienced I am still a very basic enthusiast. My first attempt at a gaming computer:
MSI 990FXA-G45 mobo
MSI GeForce 450GTS GPU (soon to be updated to something "sub $250")
Rosewill Hive 750 80 Plus Bronze PSU
AMD 8320 Black Ed. CPU
Mushkin Silverline DDR3 1333 DDR3 4 X4GB
Samsung SSD 840 Series 120 GB
WD Caviar Blue 1TB HDD
Windows 7 64bit Home Premium
Comments or suggestions?

You have a good Rig only whats bad on that rig is graphics, but if u plan to upgrade in future i would suggest u to get ATI graphics for better CPU and GPU composition. If u plan to overclock buy aftermarket cooler like Coolermaster 212 evo or same kind of good aftermarket cooler 😉 otherwise with stock you are going to get hilarious temparatures.

Yeah, that's the only thing I forgot to mention when listing my spec's. was the 212 Evo I had even on my Athlon II 935 CPU. That's something I have always believed in, even on my hot rods. The cooler it runs the longer it lives. That GPU is the last major component left over from my previous build. I've kept the same Rosewill case, DVD burner, etc. while I have been upgrading a little at a time. I'm 65 y.o. Vietnam vet on a fixed, tiny income. Expensive hobby but it keeps my mind and hands occupied. Thank you again for your help and advice.
