Whats the difference?

I'm wanting to but a R9 290X Vapor X from sapphire but i will only but it from sapphire themselves. I want to buy it off amazon, but there are 2 that saphire sell and i cant tell the difference, one is £315 and the other is £260, please help me tell the difference.

No, one is sold by Amazon and the other(cheaper one) is being sold by Express box limited.
