Whats the difference between the I5 10600K and I5 10600KF?

Only difference is KF lacks iGPU integrated graphics.

So If im getting a discrete graphics card then I might as well get the KF since its cheaper right?

Some would agree with that sentiment. Others would argue that having an IGP as a back-up graphics solution in the event of a GPU failure would be more prudent. Personally, I'd only go with a CPU that lacks an IGP if I had a spare GPU (and I do).

Agreed. Up to you. If on a budget, the cheaper alternative could favour a better GPU.
