To OC, and to run the >2400MHz speeds on your memory, it needs to be a Z270 board.
From there, the 'ideal' would be the form factor that fits your case, matching your colour scheme, whether or not you want to keep SLI options open (I wouldn't) and a balance of price & reviews.
Assuming ATX and no SLI, the MSI Tomohawk is a quality board, with RGB.
