Whats the max TDP support for the intel stock cooler

It depends on which cooler. There are a variety of stock coolers. For consumer chips like the Haswell Refresh i5 and i7 CPUs, the max would be 140w using the cooler that comes with them. They're all different so it depends on what the cooler came with or on.
The 1150 socket in the most common for Intel atm.
Their highest power 1150 CPU is the 4790k with a TDP of 88w. So add 20% to that, maybe?

Not sure if the 2011 socket uses the same heatsink, but those CPU's produce up to ~140w.
