What's the minimum power I need for this system?

I will shortly be getting a new system, was going to have an Antec Sonata case, but it is on back order. I am looking for alternate case + power supply solutions. Considering an Xpider, but it is a little expensive for a case w/o a power supply. The system specs are as follows

Processor: AMD Athlon64 3000+
Sound Card: C.Labs SB Live!Dolby Dig 5.1 OEM
Hard Drive: SATA 120.0 Seagate 7200 8MB
Motherboard: AMD64 S754 GIGA GAK8VT800 Pro
Optical: DVD +/-RW Litelon LDW-451S Black OEM
Memory: Corsair CVS 400MHz DDR No-ECC 512MB C3 x 2
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon 9800 Pro 128MB

I'm trying to get case + power supply for around $150 Canadian. Options I am considering are:

1) Xpider Silver + Antec 350W PS
2) Antec Lanboy (350W PS)
3) Antec SLK3700BQE 350W

As you can see, my other options all have 350W instead of 380W. I'm afraid that this won't be enough to power everything. Any suggestions?

I think you'd probably be alright with an Antec or other 350W power supply,b ut it won't leave you much room for upgrading,a nd as it will be running close to max load, iwll tend to run a bit hotter and louder. That being said, it will work for you if you need it to, I'd guess. Currently hae the Lanboy with the included Smart 350 Blue, running this system, no trouble:

System has no power problems, power buses are rock solid on voltage. THat being said, thinking I'll get a noticable bit quieter by going with a 400 or bit bigger power supply so I'm not running so close to full load. Actually just about to go looking around to price one out.

Thx. After looking at the prices at the local computer shop, I think that I'll spend another $20 on a 400W Antec PS just to be safe. Again, thx a bunch.
