Whats the most powerful Prosumer/ enthusiast PC you can spec up?

Just for a bit of entertainment only.

Out of all the available components available to us mere PC building mortals what is the fastest, most powerful, energy efficient, water cooled ( as in closed loop aio ) system you could spec up using pc part picker and such to show your build on here.

On the intel side anything up to i7 extreme is allowed. No Xeons. Mortals not gods.
On the Ryzen side the i7 extreme level equivalent.

The budget is uncapped so you can go all out on the motherboards, fill up all those sata ports, pci e lanes, m.2. slots etc etc.

We find these types of threads useless and close them as we get way too many. It's rather easy to go on pcpp and spec it.
