Movie about a a man seeking revenge thru a vigilante group finds they have given him the wrong guy. Because the man has no tattoo on his arm!
He is in the process of killing this guy but becomes alarmed when remembers the guy he is after had a tattoo on his arm. The movie has a trick ending with the real killer being taken out

not sure if i've seen anything like that but i'd like to see this thing. how old is it? is it classic Hollywood action?
