HDD: Hitachi... i dont know any spec about it
SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 250GB 2.5-Inch SATA III
PSU: Thermaltake 600w TR2, it comes with the case a V4 TT

i want to know whats the next step to get Witcher 3 at 60 fps... actually is runing like.. 23-28

GPU. GTX 970 or its AMD equivalent for max at 1080 60hz.

Next time, get an intel CPU.

your power supply not that good of a unit. replace it with a good evga/xvx or seasonic. going to game and use newer amd 380 gpu pick up a 750w unit. amd gpu suck power. on the gpu wait till end of the year for both pascal and amd new gpu to drop. once they drop and the stocking level is good you wont pay $$ for them.

Slap a gtx 970 in there and enjoy the 60 fps

No doubt you need a better psu next. Then better video card.
