What should I change if I ever upgrade to a mid-tier PC? I'm planning on adding a GPU later on, like the 1660SUPER or any alternative GPU compatible with my build.
(I mostly preferred mATX since I wanted to save space).
Thank you in advance :)

R3(Ryzen 3) 3200g
a320m

256GB SSD 1 TB HDD WD
Corsair 550w+80 bronze

Your motherboard only supports pinnacle ridge and raven ridge processors.
A 3600X is probably the best upgrade if you are a gamer.
Likely a 20% boost in cpu capability for gaming.
Single thread performance is most important for gaming.
Run the CPU-Z bench on your 3200g.
You should get a single thread performance number like 440:

If you favor fast action games, then the graphics upgrade becomes more important and that is what I would do first. You may become more cpu limited, but a graphics card is easily transported to a new build.
550w is ok for the GTX1660S

If you need a stronger cpu, all bets are off and you should plan on a new motherboard and a later gen processor.
