What's the problem with my SWtoR

Im getting really low FPS, and l dont know if it because of my computer, which is pretty old or is there any other reason..

What should I upgrade for decent playing, proccesor? video card? ram?, I mean to upgrade first, can´t buy it all at the same time xD

Honestly, you can't really upgrade this. It needs to be replaced.
