Whats the quietest gpu?

Hello,

Im thinking of getting a new gpu because my current one is screaming at 40 percent load.(club3d royalqueen r9 270x 2gb,0 percent oc)
I just want to know which gpu brand like MSI ASUS or EVGA etc etc, are the quietest. I've heard that msi's gpu's are very quiet, correct me if im wrong btw.

not really what im looking for, im trying to hit the 960 region, or the r9 380 road..

Most 960s are very quiet due to the low power usage.

The Gigabyte one is only 26db under load, basically silent.
