Would you say 1100 - 1400 is ok stock fan spin speed for an old Intel 4th gen CPU? Should I let it computer use it in higher numbers to cool down the CPU? but doing so can reduce the CPU fan lifespan? I use BIOS fan control built in,

Thanks in advance

Solution
1400 rpm is fine.
Let the motherboard decide.
Those fans are built to tolerate much higher rpm. (5000 rpm?)
The only negative is noise.
If your cpu idles at 10-15c. over ambient, the cooler is likely mounted well and you have nothing to worry about.

What model cpu?
For celeron, pentium, i3 models stock cooler is fine.
i5 and i7 models require a better cooler. i5 with stock cooler will become rather loud. i7 will overheat and start throttling.
Some inexpensive cooler options - Deepcool Gammaxx 400, Cooler Master Hyper 212 evo.

Thank you for detailed info, then I will increase my windows power panel cpu power a bit more to get a bit more speed from my cpu, I was worrying about the cpu fan lifespan,
these days I have to worry and think about everything in tech! gods!

CPU idles at 36c-42c in room temperature (room is quite hot due to summer season, in winter it idles at 26c-35c on desktop)

I do not mind the noise, we have noise all over the room, so it bypasses that,

Thanks again,
