I recently started building my first pc piece by piece for the past 3 or 4 months.

What I have so far:
-EVGA SuperNova 850g3 80 Plus Gold PSU
-Asus ROG STRIX B450-F Gaming MB
-Ryzen 7 2700x CPU
-RTX 2070 GPU
-Evo 970 Plus 1Tb PCIe SSD
-Samsung 860 Evo 2Tb SSD Sata

All that aside, my main reason for coming here is that I'm concerned about what RAM I should buy. My Motherboards RAM compatibility is, 4x DIMM, max 64gb, DDR4 3200Mhz. I want at least 32gb of RAM. I'm just a little unsure whether or not I should get a 2x Kit or a 4x Kit.

Sorry I'm a super noob to this kind of stuff. Any suggestions? Brand, Mhz, etc

I would love to help but I am in the exact same boat. I am very curious to the answers that may come for your use, as well as mine.
