whats the right configure for tp link wr743 nd to connect my pc to wirless network

there is a nearby wireless network which i want to join
i got tplink access point tl-wr743-nd
which i want to configure it so i can use it to connect to this wireless network
there is 2 configure im confused about

Whose network is it and do you have their permission? Anyway, a WAP won't connect to another wireless network, it's built to create a wireless network from an Ethernet with network connectivity. The one you have will use a Wireless Internet Service Provider instead of an Ethernet connection, but a WISP is very different from a WiFi network. Are you trying to connect to a WISP or a neighboring WiFi network?

yes i have permission , i think there is no way to hack a protected wifi network

when i choose client and connect the the network it allow me to change the ip
the default ip is 192.168.0.1 , this will be my ip ! or its the get way
anyway , it says ip .
i think this will be the netowk server ip .
and i can't take it
when i ty to change it , the access point is bugged and refuse to open its page
when i tybe http://tplinklogin.net
it never works till i reset it from the rear panel
