What's the max I can go with CPU termination, CPU reference, & CPU PLL?

I haven't messed around with these settings in my BIOS yet.. and I really want to push my Q6600 to 3.6GHz..

What's the max I can go on those settings? (By max, I mean 24/7 safely for atleast 3 years...)

Currently they are all on default 1.2V, 0.76V, 1.5V, respectively.

Thank you in advance.

My specs:
OS: Windows Vista Home Premium 64-bit
CPU: Core 2 Quad Q6600 G0 @3.2GHz
Cooling: Zalman CNPS9500A LED + Arctic Silver 5
Video: Radeon HD 4850 OC'd 685/2200
Memory: 4Gb Patriot DDR3 1333mhz 5-5-5-15 @1.88v
HDD: 640Gb SATA Western Digital Caviar
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-EP45T-DS3R
PSU: Antec Earthwatts EA500D 500w

I guess I didn't make myself clear enough... I'm trying to OC to 3.6GHz on this crappy 1.325 VID chip.

I NEED to mess with those settings. that's why I'm asking what's the safe max for them.

I hope that was clear enough.

The max is how high YOUR CPU can reach before it fails. How about that? Each chip is different. You can't go by one person's max and expect yours to do the same. Yours may be better or worse.
