I am about to buy a license for Windows on my PC. Thing is, I don't know what's the situation these days with regards to Windows 11 and its fussiness when it comes to hardware requirements ( I was following these topics back when Windows 11 was released). I have a AMD Ryzen 5 2400G which the health check up app says is unsupported. However, I know that Windows 11 can run on so called unsupported hardware, only thing I want to know are these:
1. How well would it run?
2. Will I get the updates or not?

OR, should I go for Windows 10 license?

Are you building a new PC with that CPU?
If not, what is it running now?

Get a valid WIn 10 license. You can upgrade to 11, for free, later if you choose.
It's not a new PC. The license isn't a genuine one which has bogged my PC to the absolute limit.
What if I buy windows 11, and later upgrade my CPU? Will the updates then start?

I do not know about your hardware and OS but when I boot to Windows 10 Pro, I get a message complaining about not being able to upgrade to Windows 11 and basically I have to go out and buy an new computer. No thank you.
