What's this system worth?

What would this be worth? It's about three years old overall. Has not been used a lot. The girlfriend uses her laptop 90% of the time and this PC is usually turned off. The SSD (boot drive), PSU, case, case fans and wifi card are all new. I've got it set to a 4.6Ghz multiplier OC w/ a 230Mhz FB OC. HDDs setup in Raid1 as well.

I'm no expert on used part prices, but If I were out buying that system, here's what I would pay for it.

That GPU really holds it back, but it's still worth $700-800 easily.

Yeah, it's still a really good system for the mass majority of people and you can play a lot of games at pretty good settings. Seems like a fair price, but sadly I feel like that's on the high side.

Yeah, I originally had two HIS 7850 in Crossfire. Then I swapped those with my brother's 7770 since he needed the GPU power and my girlfriend didn't. My current rig and the one I'm starting to build are way beyond what this one does too.
