What's up with my memory?

I just download CPU-Z, and I checked the SPD, and here's what I got:

Why do I have two different manufacturers of memory?

Also, when I check the main memory tab, it shows that I'm running the memory at 266 MHz, but the second one says 333 MHz. Why is this?

Another question: What does JEDEC mean?

Well obviously there was an upgrade at one point in time. The 1 gig micron was probably the original, the other will just clock down to match. No worries. JEDEC is 12 pages of gobbly beloved patriot that you don't need too know. Google it!

every thing is fine... the rame was just manufactured in different fabrication plants... need not worry

Looks like generic DRAM and is identified by the manufacturer of the memory chips,
