whats up with toms website?

for the last 2 days now the forum feed keeps reverting to old questions instead of live new ones

and the box where new replies and private messages show seems to have disappeared

tried different browsers etc

is the site just throwing a xmas wobbly?

or i the only one with a problem?

It's not just you. The system crashed on Friday afternoon/evening (US) and of course, the European techs had already gone home for the Holiday weekend. Some poor soul had to come back in and at the very least get it back up and running (just a band-aid patch, I'm guessing). I'm sure the tech team will be on it soon.

Out of curiosity, have you cleared your cache, rebooted your system, etc...? I have not (as of yet) and was just wondering.

P.S. The above explanation is just my best guess. I do not actually know exactly what happened.

yes did the obvious things first

cleared cache etc tried different browsers

at least i know now its not just me will just have to put up with it until its sorted
