I'm looking for some windows 7 64-bit OS's and I come along to this one:

It is about £80-£100 cheaper than other ones, but it says it only for system builder only. (I'll be taking the parts I get to my local pc store as I don't feel 100% confident in building one yet). So what is this version all about? Should I get it and will it work like any other normal windows 7?
