What's wrong? URGENT

My fan connectors are three pin connectors and the mobo fan slot has 4 pins. what should I do? Do I need a new motherboard or case?

no, you can plug 3 pins into 4 pin connectors, the 4th pin is for pwm.
just make sure you get them in the right way, there is supposed to be a little ledge on the side of the mobo connector that fits to your fan connector.

No you're fine, the extra pin wont get in the way, the connector will have a guide on it so you can't plug it into the wrong pins.

I think it would be cheaper to buy a new 4-pin fan. You could probable plug the fan in and it would just run without Bios control of the 4th pin..
