Whats wrong with a computer when it says no internet connections are available w

Hello, my laptop says not connected, no connections are available. Im thinking thats bizzare because we have wireless connection in our house it was on to and everyone elses computers are working even phones . so what do i do to fix it and what's wrong.

It appears that the drivers may be missing. Make sure all the drivers for the network devices are installed.
