Watch the colorful language, please. No f-bombs. Thanks.
I had a psu masterwatt 600w
Thats with hybrid fan, so every time the fan goes on there a rattle sound
The nightmare rma finally give another psu (the same but now 700w)
So the same thing happend, less noise but the same rattle sound
When I put the case a few degree to a side (or if I put it horizontal ) the rattle sound never happen, so whats wrong with that psu?
Only have the new one for 2 weeks only
*at the first press on power button the sound is there, the rattling is only for a fraction of second everytime the fan starts to spin.
Any suggestions?

You are paying for what a brand name says is a top line component.
A Bently is a sweet ride. Not because Volkswagen (parent company) says it is, but because the ppl who own/work it do.

Don't fall for the brand name hype, there are plenty who know better (and probably cheaper) quality, you have but to ask.

Sounds like a poor quality or bad/loose fan bearing. I had a SeaSonic XP2 PSU that only made a clicking/rattle sound when it was top mounted (fan side down) in the case. Turned out the fan cage had an almost indiscernible ding (hard to see on a black, integrated, mesh grille!) that the fan blades were contacting and ''ringing''. In your case, I'd get a better quality PSU. Wouldn't want the PSU fan packing it in...
