What's Wrong with my APU?

I have Ryzen 3 2200G, And OC it with Ryzen Master Sometimes.
Does anyone knows what happend with my Monitor?
I Have LG Monitor.
and it could happen sometimes.

Are you using the APU's integrated video (Vega) as your GPU or are you using a dedicated GPU?

Bad unstable overclock.

I've had that happen on systems that were not overclocked, I believe both AMD and Nvidia. Tends to happen only in web browsers, or perhaps I mainly web browse :/

Yes, i do, What happen? I see the Taskbar, Nothing Happen. i just realize it, so it was my browser or what?

I just Realized that, the taskbar, gets 0 effects, so maybe it was my browser?
