My dell optiplex 210L wont start up properly.
Instead of the normal green light while starting up, l keep getting this orange light. The screen doesnt work too, l already tried to use different screens on it. But that had no effect. Please help me...

Second, you said you tried to repair it - why? What happened?
Also, your Optiplex is very old, produced about 9 years ago, correct? This is, orange power light, indicates problem with motherboard, which most likely is faiure.
You can try to force start by playing with power button, like keeping it pressed, or disconnect Optiplex from power outlet, and press power buton for at least 20 seconds, connect power back and try to start, if successful, save all your data, you may not be start it again.
If unsuccessfull, this is it, your motherboard is dead, sorry.
You can still save your data by removing your SATA hard drive to be checked in the new PC, unfortunately it is most likely your next step.
