i benchmarked system ang always getting around this mark in 3D Vantage. I am trying to get a better result. I seen people on here with the same setup as me who is getting way better benchmarks with the same software.

i was wondering if it could be because the CPU clocks are at almost 4Ghz?

well your cpu score is pretty much what it should be, but the graphics score is only like half of what it should be getting... make sure the ram is running in dual channel mode and at correct speed (thou the faster you can make it the better..) The gpu is pretty memory bandwidth starved to begin with and single channel mode might really slow it down
CPU-Z should be able to show it, check the memory tab
http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html

and your HDD is pretty interestingly partitioned, whats going on with the tiny F?

wrong tab...
but that module seems to be rated to run at 1600Mhz as well, you might wanna change it in the bios, see if it helps any
edit thou I'm not sure how the ram speed is actually determined with those apus, it might be impossible to set it at 1600 without overclocking the apu at the same time... anyways check it in the bios

Write down the speeds in that XMP column and go into BIOS and manually set your RAM to those speeds. Also it looks like you might be running your SSD in IDE mode and not AHCI mode which is a no-no. Unfortunately this would likely mean a Windows re-install.

oh, that might actually explain the 6GB system ram. it reserved 2gigs out of the 8 for the gpu. 512mb or 1gb should be a good amount.

Give your iGPU 1GB of memory, that should be more than enough but shouldn't ever run out like 512mb might do.

Now for your SSD (this isn't going to fix your GPU, its just something you need for your SSD to work 100%), in your BIOS there is an Advanced section, and in the section is where all the settings for storage devices reside. You need to make sure your SATA controller is in AHCI mode and not Legacy or IDE mode.

Now chances are if you do this you will blue screen when starting Windows. This is supposed to be done before installing Windows. Sometimes it works without re-install, and other times it doesnt. Give use a new CPU-Z Validation with the new RAM Settings.

my PC rating has now jumped from 4.8 system rating to 6.8 out of 7.9 in the windows experience index. However my SSD has dropped from 7.9 to 7.6. I am now going to reboot the system and i will check that for you stickg1

I went from ide to ahci with my windows installation on a HDD, it only needed a small registry edit for windows to load up correct drivers upon reboot... it might be similar on a ssd...

to OP, Ram looks good :)

That's probably Windows' 100MB system reserved partition.

stickg1 i did what you said and was as expected it would not post into windows so i did a full reinstall and now its running perfect. I had a option in that Advanced area , storage devices , was option for combining IDE with SATA. I thought eh? i have no ide devices so i will disable that option. Its now made my Hard Drive and SSD AHCI mode and i got a 6.8 system rating. I am going to get the windows updates too and run a new benchmark :)

This site is becoming really cool,we all learn from each other :)

I will post my system specs again when ive updated should not take long
