What's Wrong with my memory benchmark score?.

I ran benchmark with AIDA64 and it looks all low score than the reference on the other websites. Here's my spec

I5-6500 ( OC to 4.00 )
Asrock Z170 PRO4 BIOS V 3.00
DDR4 Hyper x Fury 8*2 bus 2666

Please help

I just send RAM back and got new one, but the score is the same ???? Is mobo has a problem?
