Whats wrong with my pc , it restarts for no reason.

So , my temperatures are fine , i changed my psu , i used memory scan tool , still no problem , no hard disk problem found , i tried anything , changed windows and erased everything , it still restarts.. what can be the reason ?

my specs : inter Dual core 2.5 Ghz
4gb ram
2gb video card amd radeon 250x

my computer restarted itself all the time too. i uninstalled MSI afterburner and it stopped. do you have afterburner installed?
