What's wrong with my RAM?

So I the mother board I have is the H97M-D3H Gigabyte

I have an Intel Core i5 4690K processor.

I just recently installed a new graphics card. The GTX 970

I'm running off of 8G of Ram at the moment, but my pc will shut off randomly and I get non responding programs.

Here's some screenshots of my CPU-Z SPD Tab

Here are the other 2 identical ones I have.

EDIT: I had both of the 2Gs on the first and third slot and the 4G on the second slot.

I just switched the order of them, and I put the 4G on the last slot, and the 2Gs are on the first and third. I don't seem to be having any troubles as of right now...

I'm sure it's a RAM problem. I just built this PC up, bought a new power supply, motherboard and processor and now a graphics card. The only thing that stayed the same was the RAM.

I've been messing around with the RAM for about a week now. I'm thinking the timing on the new one isn't compatible or something?

i would run the computer with, at least, only the 2x2gb sticks and nothing else in any other slots. see what that does for a while. then add the 3rd stick and see if your problems happen. you may want to run just one stick at a time if you're patient enough.

I was running the computer for a while with only the 2x2 and it was working fine. When I tried to run a game, it kept crashing. So I bought the 4G and put it in, it didn't work.

So I'm thinking I just need to get another kit of 2x2 or 2x4 because the one I have now doesn't seem to be compatible with either my mobo or any other RAM I put into it.
