As the title says, I get stutters in both black desert online SEA and pubg mobile (tencent gaming emulator)

Before I had windows 7 and 1050 ti, didnt get any stutters, upgrade to 1060 6gb, got stutters, really bad and extreme stutters, then I reformatted my pc to windows 10, the stutters lessen but it's still there. What could be the possible problem? is there a bottleneck? or is there a problem with my cpu gpu?

GPU idle at 40C and cpu idle at 50C with cm hyper 212X cpu cooler

here's my benchmark:

well that stuttering seems to be comming from your SSD, it runs way too slow then it should
check in bios if u have AHCI enabled, check SSD temperature if its not overheating
run HWinfo 64, in system summary down left corner it should list your drives, your SSD interface should say Sata 3 Gb/s

I got IDE set as I got into BIOS, does this mean I installed windows 10 during IDE? will changing this to AHCI ok? I'm afraid in breaking my SSD, and what is this SATA3G (Blue) HOT PLUG

And in my HWinfo64 info under drives is says SATA 6 Gb/s. And IDK how to check SSD temperature.

And lastly, in my userbenchmark, it says:
"Performing below potential (2nd percentile) - Ensure that this drive is connected to a SATA 3.0 port with a SATA 3.0 cable" what should I do. Does my motherboard have SATA 3.0? and do I actually have to buy a SATA 3.0 cable? I have asus p8h61-m le as the motherboard BTW.

what do you mean won't max out sata 2?
Will I get the most out of my SSD already if I change from IDE to AHCI?

Can you explain me this line?
" your drive wont max out sata 2 "

I don't understand, is my SSD not capable enough?
BTW I enabled AHCI, 35.6% (1st percentile) to 57.7% (16th percentile)

16th percentile is still a bit low, does it have to do something with this line that you said? "your drive wont max out sata 2"? can you explain it to me and is there a way to fix it?

Oh wait, this also says:

PERFORMANCE:
120 GB ATTO/CDM up to 500/360 MB/s
240 GB ATTO/CDM up to 500/430 MB/s
480 GB ATTO/CDM up to 500/470 MB/s
960 GB ATTO/CDM up to 500/470 MB/s

but well I'll move on, I guess this SSD isn't that fast.
I still get stutters and IDK what's the cause really.
I got 1060 6gb with i7-2600
idk if there's a bottleneck or something.
