Whats wrong with my SSD

My RIG:

CPU : AMD FX8350
MB : MSI 990FXA GD65
RAM : Corsair Vengeance 8GB
SSD : Intel SSD 128 GB
GPU : Sapphire Toxic R9 270X 2GB Edition

When i use this same rig with Normal HDD Drive no problem occurs works smoothly.

But when i use SSD on this rig multiple problem occurs like
In Chrome Sometimes it says "Waiting for cache" and my whole PC freeze for 45-60 Seconds.
In MS Visual Studio "Waiting for a background process to complete" and my PC freeze for 40-60 Seconds and more.

All drivers are up to date.
So any one can help with this problem?
Please it is killing me.

Note: I have another RIG with
CPU : Intel core i5 4th Gen
RAM : Corsair Vengeance 8GB

and here if i use that SSD, i found no problem.

make sure the mb bios is up to date. to rule out a bios bug.

make sure the intel ssd firmware is up to date.
990x chipset is 4 years old. so there may be bugs with it and some ssd.
may want to shot intel ssd suport an email.
