Solution
Are all of your drivers up to date? Are you checking your temps? What is your PSU and brand? These questions are for ruling out certian hardwear problems associated with laging.

You will find that heat is more associated with laging than drivers are. Your new rig should run with out laging. So get back to us and we will see if we can't find the problem.

Solution
I realized one fatal flaw while typing my last message. 100c is way to high.

I just dismantled the graphics card. and cleaned it and reapplied new cooler jell.

It is currently running at 50c at idle instead of 72c i also did a quick extra vent for it by removing a vacant pci metal slot on the case.

I will post back if im still having an issue.

I thank you for responding very much

Under the Game Load

CPU = 38c
GPU = 77c

Game Bench
----------------
Average FPS: 43.45
Duration: 37.12 sec
CPU Usage: 42%
System memory usage: 31%
Video memory usage: 77%

Graphics Settings
Video Mode: 1600 x 900 (60 Hz)
Texture Quality: High
Shadow Quality: High
Reflection Resolution: High
Water Quality: Very High
Texture Filter Quality: Anisotropic x4
Night Shadows: Off
View Distance: 25
Detail Distance: 30

Plays much much better. Just a touch of chopiness under shadows and under heavy fire.

But since heat was my real problem. i can make somemore case adjustments to draw cooler air through the GPU heat sync.
Either that or i will find a better heatsync/cooler for the graphics card or if they offer a H20 cooler for it to go with the cpu h2o cooler

That is a good fix. You will be able to find all types of 3rd party coolers. But if you are only on load into the 70c's you are ok. It is the 80c and above that you should try to avoid.

I hope after you running on 105c you haven't done any damage to anything? But it looks ok and also about H2o cooler they are very high priced. You are talking in te 400 to 550 range.

I do wish you good luck and I am glad that it is some what of a fix at least your laging should stop.

I checked the contacts everywhere on the card, inspecting it pretty good.
Everything seems to be ok, im just gonna dial the detail on the game down just a touch until
I pick up like a 6 series card.

Thankyou very much

I got so caught up in trying to work this out that the tiny bit of chopiness i experienced after cleaning the graphics card was. LOL i was running my 3 seperate FireFox profiles for the war game i play.
So now is all good !. lol DUH
