Most laptops have a matte display, I thought I can use the mini pc with an external display
Well, yes. You'd have to have a monitor for it.

Troubling Amazon reviews, though...

"-PC came with Win 10Pro pre-activated for 'Kingdel' user with admin rights. User can't be deleted.
- ZoneAlarm Firewall right upon installation started blocking outgoing packets to 180.76.5.18:8000. IP lookup shows it's a Baidu's server at "baiduspider-180-76-5-18.crawl.baidu.com" for w/e reason
"

"So, I emailed kingdel, thoroughly frustrated at having to troubleshoot their BROKEN hardware for a month, and told them that the power supply had damaged the motherboard, and that I just want a full refund so I can buy something else. They told me I had to ship it to CHINA (wtf??) at MY OWN expense, ..."

What about this attracts you?
It is simply an expensive, small, crappy PC, from a no name company, that seems to have shady issues with warranty and OS licensing.

I need it for:
-easy videoediting, watching 6 youtube videos at the same time in 1080p , watching live streams,
having 10 tabs in browser open at the same time including the youtube videos,
working in fl studio when browser is open, watching websites that have big filesize pictures in it ,
websites and programs should open fast, google earth, audacity recordings, photoshop

This Dell Pc has up to 3,7 Ghz CPU and I can put up to 32 GB Ram so I thought its like a normal PC

More logical processors - can do more tasks simultaneously.
8 threads are better than the quad you were looking at earlier for your editing rig.
The surplus of browser tabs are going to be focused on ram.
Uploads and downloads are going to depend on internet connection and storage drives.

I’d look for a Zotac zbox or gigabyte brix if I were going to go with a mini pc they are kinda the kings of that category. I have a brix 760 and it does pretty well has an i7 and gtx 870m it can play forza horizon 4 at 30-40fps so it could probably do all that fairly easy. The issue with the small PCs though is fan noise just like a laptop they sound like little jet engines
