Hello everybody,
Τhis is my first gaming machine that i am building.
I didnt know many things about building a machine so i read a lot the past weeks, hope i learned something. Thanks in advance for your time, any opinions are welcomes :)

CPU : i5 4690k
MOBO : MSI Gaming 5
Memory : Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1600 CL9
Storage : 1TB Baracuda
VGA : MSI GTX 970
SSD : Samsung 850 PRO
PSU : Corsair CS 650W 80+ Gold
Case : Corsair Spec-3

Basicaly i want to ask if that PSU will be ok, even when i will OC the CPU(in future) and if the CPU's default cooler will be ok until then. Also the case has 2 fans installed, do i need to install some more or i will be ok(at least until OC).

Solution
I like the build with the exception of the psu.
500-650w is appropriate, but the Corsair CS line is only considered as middling quality.

I might suggest Seasonic or xfx.
Gold rating and modular are not worth much IMHO if budget is an issue.

Stock cpu cooler will work up to a oc of about 3.8-4.0. It will be noisy.
Really, a $30 tower type air cooler will do the job, be quieter, and be easier to mount.

any other option at that price?
My budget is around 1100euro but tbh i realy like the GTX 970 with i5 combo

Seasonic and XFX(which is made by Seasonic) are both excellent.
