Whats's happened to my cpu temps?

So my temps on the cpu were great! I was able to get 22 celcius on idle with my fans on full speed, but, I had to re-install my OS because I was having a few issues with my computer. Anyway, after re-installing windows I noticed that my cpu temps are much higher; on idle with fans at full speed the temp is hitting a lowest of 28 celcius (I know that's still good but..). I did a prime95 test before I re-installed windows and I got a max of 70 celcius but after re-installing windows I got a temp of 85 celcius on prime 95!
Any idea's on what is happening? I have an i7 4790k with a corsair H50 cooler

Nothing you should be fine. My idle Temps are around 40c your Temps r great as long as they don't go over 90c
