I have a 900 celleron and the highest that I can go is 115 fsb. I have a vantech copper fan with delta fan. Corsair 133 cas 2 memory, 128 megs. Older agp card (Matrox), ata 66 harddrives, all on a Iwill vx133 Motherboard. I also tried upping the volts to 1.80, and then 1.85...nothing though. Could the video card be my problem? It will not even post.

Any suggestions?

Your extrememly lucky that you can get it to 115, the normal limmit for overclocking these things is between 980 and 1066MHz. You made it past 980, consider yourself lucky. The few that can make it past 1000 at normal volages and temperatures are usually marked at 1000. And even the good ones usually reach stability limmits before heat limmits. Worse yet, I can beet the performance of your overclocked Celeron with a PIII 700@933! In fact I could probably beet it with a PIII 650@866!

I have read of people gettting to 1.2 gigs with this processor. Maybe I read wrong.? So it is not the video card then huh? I guess I shoulda got a cheaper chip with more overclocker ability.

For your money you could have got two 566's and overclocked them both to 850. Or you could have got the 800 and shot for 1066, I'd give you about a 50% chance on that one.
