Whea still a threat!

Okay so im running into an issue with whea and I wanted to know what are the optimum setting I could give my Asus bios to prevent this because I turned off overclocking and lowered some of setting I had but it still comes up as I'm playing games but it lets me in fine but after a while it'll give me the whea screen? Ps. I have the Asus z170i pro gaming motherboard!

Does the error give any parameters or details? That's a hardware error and could be caused by anything from driver corruption to hardware failure. Can you find any info in Event Viewer or crash dumps?

Now I'm fairly new to pc but the power supply mine is a corsair rm 650 isn't the fan supposed to be spinning!?

No, it has a zero RPM mode which means it's quiet when not under heavy use. And like I asked before, what if any errors can you see in Event Viewer? What is the exact nature of your problem?

I don't know what are the exact it gave me when blue screens telling me it was collecting data but as of recently now my pc starts and it just freezes completely on the screen no blue screen nothing it just freezes on the screen I would currently be on and I would have to manually turn it off but that only occurs on home screen never while I'm on bios, this sucks!🙁
