Question "WHEA Uncorrectable Error" BSOD on Lenovo Legion Y540 ?

Hello!

Over the course of the last weeks my laptop was getting more and more BSOD Errors. (Most times WHEA Uncorrectable Error and sometimes Watchdog Violation)
After trying out a lot of things with no success, I decided to ask here for help.

Things i tried:

  • Getting latest Windows Updates
  • Getting latest Drivers
  • Getting latest BIOS
  • Running MemTest -> no errors
  • Running chkdsk -> no errors

The BSOD occurs when im playing around with game engines (Unity/Unreal) and 3d modeling programs, especially when I'm handling big 3d meshes (So maybe a RAM Problem?)
Also my laptop gets very hot (temperatures over 90 Degree Celsius), so maybe this could also be an issue.
Laptop is not overclocked or undervolted.
The next thing I would try is reseting the OS. Last resort would be using the Send-To-Warehouse-Warranty (bit of a problem, need my laptop for working).

My Specs:
Lenovo Legion Y540-15IRH
CPU: Intel Core i7 9750H @ 2.60 GHz
Mainboard: Lenovo LNVNB151216
BIOS: Lenovo BHCN41WW
RAM: 16 GB DDR4
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060
OS: Windows 10 Home 21H1

Here is the link to the Minidump Folder
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1lK3wRePWxNVms-hPNTLN0Q-oNUQyWZEu?usp=sharing

Sadly I'm not able to understand the dumps properly, the only thing I get out from the dump is that it has something to do with my cpu -> 0x124_0_GenuineIntel_PROCESSOR__UNKNOWN_IMAGE_GenuineIntel.sys

Here is a short dump snippet
