Hi all -

I've been getting some random blue screens every couple weeks and after all the standard troubleshooting (MBAM scan, SFC scan, windows memory test, video driver R&R, etc) I've got nothing.

I've tried digging around for info about these errors but most of the post i see have people asking for the mini-dumps and then going from there - so I figured it must be a pretty general error.

If it matters, I'm on windows 10 - 64bit
i5-4690k@4.1ghz
16gb ram
R9 380
SSD - windows/apps
HDD - storage

Any help is greatly appreciated.

well, you have latest BIOS that isn't a beta version

Old drivers that may be cause:
CorsairVBusDriver.sys (dated Wed May 6 2015) Corsair Virtual Device Driver (Installed with Corsair Utility Engine) - may have a newer version

amdacpksd.sys (dated Fri Jul 2016) AMD ACP Kernel Service Driver (KSD) - update graphics drivers

rzmpos.sys, rzendpt.sys, rzudd.sys, rzpnk.sys, rzpmgrk.sys (dated Tue Aug 2015) Razer drivers - update Razer drivers from http://drivers.razersupport.com/index.php?_m=downloads&_a=view&_m=downloads&_a=view

RTKVHD64.sys (Dated Tue Jul 7 2015) Realtek HD Audio - get latest version here: https://www.tenforums.com/drivers-hardware/5993-latest-realtek-hd-audio-driver-version.html

MBfilt64.sys (dated Thu Jul 30 2009)...

WHEA = Windows Hardware Error Architecture. They are errors called by the CPU but that may not mean caused by. They can be any hardware really. Can also be driver errors.
Run this on CPU - Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool
decrease overclock until we work out cause.
hal.dll = hardware abstraction layer - deals directly with the hardware, as name implies
ntoskrnl = new technology operating system kernel - It handles all driver requests, power management, and memory management. It sits between Hardware and Applications. It got blamed but its not the cause

I can't read the dumps but others around here can or will convert them into readable form.
