WHEA Uncorrectable error when playing games

Hi. Recently I've received a very annoying problem with my computer. 30 minutes into any game I play i'll get a BSOD. The error title says " whea uncorrectable error". First it started off only if I played CS:GO, but now it also occurs when playing Garry's mod, League of Legends, etc. I've tried several solutions I found on this server, including deleting windows updates. It seemed to be working for 1 hour but then i happened. I'm clueless,

Also, this started happening after updating to Windows 10 and changing my motherboard. I recently changed the CPU, motherboard and OS.

PC specs:
Processor: Intel core i5-4690K @ 3.50GHz
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650
MoBo : ASRock Z97 Extreme

Having big problems with Linux. it's freezing up all the time. think it might be the "Blue screen" Can't i just run the test on Windows?

Can't do the test due to the computer glitching out every time I run the test. maybe it's because of CPU overload?
