Hi there
Recently now and then my computer blue screens with this error. I have tried resetting bios to factory defaults (taking off any overclocking) and updating all drivers.

I am now out of ideas. Help please!

Hello risen777

Can you please confirm if there is any specific instance when you get the error or the issue occurs absolutely randomly?

You may want to try a few hit and trial methods to resolve the issue:

Method 01
Remove any additional USB devices that are connected to your computer. What I have known so far is, wrong cooling pad may have conflicts. However, if there are any other USB devices, please disconnect them and see if it helps.

Method 02
Make sure that all the installed drivers are of correct architecture, i.e. if your Windows 10 is 64-bit, make sure that all the installed drivers are of 64-bit too. Also ensure that all the drivers are updated to their latest version.

Method 03
If none of the above method works, you may want to check for and install the latest Windows updates.

Feel free to report back if further assistance is needed.

Cheers!! :)

Hi Vivenayyar007

It mostly happens when I play Rust on steam. I have checked for the above also I have checked that the voltages on the motherboard are correct and the temperature of the cpu is in reason by doing stress tests. My cpu peaks its maximum at 75 degrees so I think I may have to reapply a thermal paste but I didm'y want to do that just yet encase there was some better ideas for solutions.

Awaiting response

Hello again risen777

Almost every time and the main reason that affects the CPU temperature is the amount of workload it has. In case of additional/external graphics card, it is the efficiency and compatibility of the graphics driver.

If you are sure that it is the CPU temperature that is causing the trouble, you may want to use some Windows Optimization tools to optimize the operating system, along with the latest version for drivers to check if they help.

Cheers!! :)

I'm not sure that it is but I haven't reapplied any thermal paste on the CPU since I bought the desk top and it goes over 75 degrees, when I'm stress testing. I'm wondering if its some other hardware issue otherwise.

Is there any information I could give you that would be able to pin point the problem more accurately? Also I noticed when I open up task manager and run the game at the same time the ram is around 75-85% being used consistently. Do you think it could be down to this?

thanks ty

Mobo - n68c-s ucc asrock
CPU - AMD Athlon(tm) II X4 640
How do I upload the dmp files? in logs?

Tried looking at updating the bios but its confusing with what the website is giving for this particular mobo.

I have saved the new 1.6 update on my usb, which is defaulted to fat32 and everytime I try to instant flash the usb the update doesn't show up? I've tried every slot on my computer but still nothing.
