Hi there. I'm using FX 8300 on Asus m5a97 r 2.0 with Powercolor HD 7870 and 8 GB 1600 Mhz RAM, Xigmatek 600w PSU , my hardware is new (except GPU) and i keep getting BSOD / win crashes while playing Witcher 3 and Flight Simulator X. Here are my dump files. I hope you can tell my problem. Thank you beforehand.

The 2nd and 3rd one you need permission. But this stop error usually means it's cpu related

Are you overclocking? Using any programs to overclock with? It can also mean the cpu is overheating or faulty

It's possible daemontools is causing this, it can cause this stop error. Uninstall it

I would also disable AMD overdrive

There are 2 old files on this SaiHFFB5.sys and SaiIFFB5.sys from 2008

Whats installed thats made by Saitek?

Some sites say one or both of these files may also be a trojan / malicious

I'm not using any overclock. Bıos is on default settings, amd overdirive is on because i wanted more cooling on GPU. I ll try uninstalling Daemon tools. Saitek is my joysticks brand. It got its drivers those must be them.

after my bluescreen errors i always check cpu tempreture from bios, it was around 40degrees (celcius).

im thinking that maybe my cpu is faulty.

Update the BIOS but not with a beta BIOS if it's not up to date. Those saitek drivers are old. Old drivers can and will crash windows
