Whea Uncorrectable Error

I'm getting this error in the last weeks. I tried to update my drivers, bios, did a chkdsk, and yesterday I just did a format and got everything clean, and still get this error.

PC: G1 Sniper z97, I7 4790k, GTX 970, 16gb Corsair Vengeance and a PSU Seasonic.

I checked the other threads, but every solution is something I already did. Seens that error appears in a lot of different systens.

WHEA errors can be hardware or software so they can live through reinstalls

I can't read logs but this can, download and run this: http://www.resplendence.com/whocrashed
it looks at logs and might show the actual cause of the error, as it could be a driver
