Hello all! I understand that this error is a result of something related to CPU voltage. As is probably apparent, i'm not the most computer savvy when it comes to his kind of troubleshooting. The PC only crashes when I'm gaming. It was much more common on Windows 7 after I downloaded some new hardwware updates (namely NVIDIA drivers). I recently updated to Windows 10 and its seems to be a bit better, although I still have problems. Here are my computer specs:
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti
AMD Phenom II X4 B60

**UPDATE (JULY 4, 2016): Removed NVIDIA display drivers, cleaned system, and performed clean install of new drivers. Checked for up-to-date AMD chipset as well.**

I've also linked a report from the program, blue screen view:

Solution
a clean install will remove any overclocking drivers that you may of had installed.
but it will not remove any BIOS overclocking, or power issues.
most likely you will have to be stressing the system before the problem will show up again.
(running a game)

The viewer program does display some critical info for this bugcheck
You need to look at the system timer to see how long the system has been running.
You need to see the current Cpu clock rate and the list of loaded drivers to check for overclock drivers.
All the Info is in the memory dump, you should put it on a server and post a link.

Ok, stand-by. Also, it's probably worth mentioning that the clean install i mentioned in the original post seemed to help a bit.

It will be a bit, i've got to leave the house for a while.
