Whea Uncorrectable Error

Hey, I'm getting the error Whea Uncorrectable error. I'm not sure why, I had it alot with the insider so i reinstalled windows I'm not sure what it is.

My rig
CPU: 5820K default clock
Motherboard: Msi SLI Kriat Edition
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 2333 (32GB)
GPU: 980TI
OS Drive: M.2 PCI SSD Samsung sm951 256GB

I haven't done anything with clocking or anything. When I was on the insider program, I thought it was that but it isn't as i just found, everything is up to date as i reinstalled all the drivers for GPU, Motherboard and everything.I haven't touched the bios at all. Any help will be great thanks.

WHEA = Windows Hardware Error Architecture. Its an error called by CPU but not necessarily caused by it

Can you try running this on CPU: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/19792/Intel-Processor-Diagnostic-Tool

can you remove MSI Afterburner if installed.
If 980TI was made by Asus, remove GPU Tweak, if installed.

normally only software that can cause these are overclocking software.

Can you follow option one here
and then do this step below: Small memory dumps - Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD

that creates a file in c windows/minidump
copy that file to documents
upload the copy from documents to a cloud server and share the link here and someone with right software to read them will help you fix it
