I just built a pc & my computer constantly has BSOD and when it tries to restart it says windows has no bootable media so I have to shut down my pc fully and then everything works again. I've done memtest and it pulled no errors after 6 hours of testing. I edited my power plan which is on high performance and turned off the setting that turns off your hard drive after a certain time frame. I've checked my SSD Health and even remounted my CPU and ram and still to no avail. Oh, yea and there would be times where the pc just shuts off completely without BSOD.

I have encountered that bsod a few times in PCs I repaired and every time it was hardware failure. You may have a drive failure. Use crystalmark to check your drives for errors.

Is everything new or was something bought used or salvaged from a previous build? Make and model of PSU?

Everything except the SK Hynix ram is new and ive already did a mem test on them.

THis is my PSU:
SATA ATX Power Supply
As @norcalsc said, your PSU is bad. You should buy a decent PSU that has protections and quality components. That thing is not even 80 plus rated and lies about the wattage since it can deliver (questionable) max 576W in the two 12V rails which is what matters in any modern PC.
