Question WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR BSOD ?

Hello there, I've been having some major problems with my Lenovo laptop, I'll list everything down below.

Laptop model: Lenovo V15-ADA - Type 82C7
SSD: Western Digital 512 GB SN530 NVMe (around 350GB of free space left)
BIOS updated to the latest version.

In the last few months, I've been getting a lot of BSODs with the stop code WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR. I've checked in the Event Viewer and pretty much nothing. I've also tried to test every component of the laptop using the Lenovo Diagnostics tool, and everything seems ok.

All of this happens when the laptop is NOT plugged in, and it can also happen 4 or 5 times in 10 minutes. After the 5th time, it boots me directly into the BIOS menu, and i think that means it didn't recognise the SSD. I also have been searching the internet for an explanation or for a solution and nothing has helped yet.

I've had this laptop since 2022, and it started having problems around a year later. If you need anything else that I haven't specified, please let me know.

All of this happens when the laptop is NOT plugged in, and it can also happen 4 or 5 times in 10 minutes. After the 5th time, it boots me directly into the BIOS menu, and i think that means it didn't recognise the SSD.

I've had this laptop since 2022, and it started having problems around a year later.
I'd try and backup any mission critical content off the SSD, then recreate your bootable USB installer for the OS(Windows 10 or 11), then install the OS in offline mode, then manually install all drivers that are the latest version in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

It's possible your laptop is having a heating problem, perhaps try and disassemble the laptop and see if the vents are clogged with dirt/debris. Do you see anything flagged up when in Device Manager, when your laptop is able to boot to OS GUI?

I'll check as soon as I get back home. There may be something in there since I haven't thought to also check the Device Manager.

Alright, so I checked Device Manager and everything seems to be fine, and I also opened up the laptop and it wasn't very dusty, but i still cleaned it up a bit.

install "core temp" app.. it will show you your cpu temps .. at there lows and highs.. .
also you could install "gpu-z" and use the grapics card test icon to see it that is an issue

The graphics card has no issues, and neither the CPU, although it says that the minimum temperature is 40 degrees celsius, I'm not sure if it's within the norm for amd-powered laptops

laptops do run a but higher temps than their pc counterparts. 40'c is ok for the laptop... the hardware fault is probably ram or ssd..

I'll try upgrading the ram capacity since it's pretty low for the standards of today haha, I'll see how it goes

Okay so I just found out that the laptop's max ram capacity that it can handle is 12gb and i can't really upgrade the ram stick, so it may be the ssd, although I don't really know how to check if it really is the ssd
